BRAND IDENTITY
Founded in 2013, Buldog was a hotdog bar opened in Strathfield, Sydney by Joseph Seo, a young enthusiastic Korean chef. Joseph’s hotdogs are a combination of stir fried meat, beautifully cooked sausages, topped with yummy cheese and fresh salad to create the perfect hotdogs. The word Buldog originates from “Bulgogi”, which stands for “Stir Fry”, and “Hot Dog”.
